Member Services Supervisor

📋 Description

• Coach and develop team members using performance metrics, KPI data, and real-time interaction
• Lead an engaged remote team by facilitating effective virtual team huddles and one-on-one meetings
• Maintain administrative accuracy by ensuring accurate timecards and completing performance
• Resolve complex member concerns as an escalation point, demonstrating excellent service and turning
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring trends, operational gaps, and opportunities
• Support change management by helping associates adapt to new procedures and operational priorities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of experience in a member contact center environment, with at least two years
• Experience in e-commerce or luxury retail is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems
• Strong coaching skills, including the ability to deliver timely, constructive feedback and develop
