📋 Description

• Manage the Chinese market to maximize revenue and upsell
• Contact customers for upsell/upgrades via phone, email or webinars
• Use data to drive targeted actions to hit objectives
• Develop webinars and content to boost value perception and upsell
• Coordinate with frontline teams to open more upsell opportunities
• Track and report monthly/quarterly initiatives and results

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles (BD or SDR)
• Sales or upselling/inside sales experience
• Fluent Mandarin and English
• Foundational AI concepts
• Salesforce/CRM experience preferred
• Comfortable presenting to large groups
