Mental Health Coordinator II / Lead Mental Health Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate services: finances, activities, program services, supports, family involvement, healthcare.
• Assist supervisor to maintain consistent programming, care, and staff communication.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Implement and support behavior/treatment/functional/individualized plans.
• Provide direct care and meet Behavioral Support Staff duties on shifts.
• Use de-escalation and crisis intervention with individuals with complex needs.
• Maintain professional therapeutic relationships with individuals and teams.
• Travel to programs within a designated region as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Three years' experience delivering behavioral health services.
• Basic computer skills.
• One year lead staff experience in residential services; related degree or leadership.
• Experience with individuals with significant MH symptoms, including aggression.
