Mental Health Group Facilitator - CO

📋 Description

• Facilitate remote group therapy for adolescents and young adults.
• Use Charlie Health curriculum to run sessions via telehealth.
• Arrive ~10 minutes early and lead the hour-long group.
• Collaborate with care team; participate in Treatment Team and supervision.
• Maintain engagement and foster camera-on participation.
• Complete notes within 24 hours and uphold ethics/confidentiality.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience with youth and young adults.
• Proficient in DBT, CBT; EMDR; MI a plus.
• Comfortable with group treatment and videoconferencing.
• Available late afternoons/evenings (3-8pm MT Mon-Thu) and Saturdays.
• Tech: telehealth setup; reliable WIFI; cloud tools (Gmail/Slack/Zoom/Dropbox).
• Part-time 1099 role.
