Mental Health Group Facilitator - MD

📋 Description

• Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date
• Meet with assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor or Group Quality Director at minimum 1x
• Respond to all email and Slack communication promptly
• Review curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time
• Arrive ~10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate groups for the entirety of the hour
• Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and using assigned, up-to-date curriculum

🎯 Requirements

• Available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT, Mon-Thu) and on Saturdays
• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Well versed in a variety of modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification a plus)
• Passionate about group treatment and skilled in conducting group treatment
• Ability to work effectively in a team
