Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date
Meet with assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor at least 1x/month for check-in
Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours
Review the curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time
Arrive ~10 minutes early and facilitate each group for the hour
Facilitate groups per CH best practices and up-to-date curriculum

🎯 Requirements

Available late afternoons/evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT) and Saturdays
Master’s degree in mental health or related field required
Experience working with youth and young adults
Well-versed in modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR); MI certification a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team
Part time 1099 role
