Mental Health Group Facilitator - OK

📋 Description

• Onboarding completed within 2 weeks of start date
• Monthly check-in with Group Quality Supervisor or Director
• Respond to email/Slack within 48 hours
• Review curriculum before group start time
• Arrive 10 minutes early and facilitate hour-long groups
• Follow Charlie Health best practices and current curriculum

🎯 Requirements

• Available 3-8pm MT on Mon-Thu and Saturdays
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Experience with youth and young adults
• DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus
• Strong telehealth ability and reliable WiFi
• Part-time 1099 role; familiar with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox and EMR
