Mental Health Group Facilitator - WI

📋 Description

• Onboarding completed within 2 weeks
• Monthly check-in with Group Quality Supervisor/Director
• Respond to emails/Slack within 48 hours
• Review curriculum prior to group start time
• Arrive 10 minutes early to facilitate hour-long groups
• Facilitate groups per Charlie Health best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Available during late afternoons/evenings MT (3-8pm) Mon-Thu and Saturdays
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Experience with youth and young adults
• Proficient in DBT/CBT; EMDR; MI cert a plus
• Part-time 1099 contract
• Tech capable: telehealth, reliable wifi; cloud apps (Gmail/Slack/Zoom) and EMR
