Mental Health Program Manager (MHPD)

📋 Description

• Coordinate and supervise 1–2 residential programs for behavioral/mental health needs.
• Lead and train mental health specialists; ensure program development and monitoring.
• Flexible full-time schedule; on-call; direct service shifts limited to 16 hours per week.
• Ensure shifts are filled by staff meeting Dungarvin orientation standards.
• Collaborate with directors to adjust schedules and resources as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years experience supervising programs for behavioral and serious mental health needs.
• Four-year degree in behavioral science or related field preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license with acceptable driving record.
• Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation.
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
