Mental Health Program Manager (MHPD)

📋 Description

• Supervising and training of mental health specialists
• Ensuring all aspects of the residential program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and
• Coordinate and supervise one to two residential programs supporting individuals with challenging
• Ensure all direct service shifts in programs are filled by qualified staff
• Occasionally work direct service shifts (not normally exceeding 16 hours per week)

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience supervising programs for people with behavioral and serious persistent mental
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing
