Mental Health Program Manager (MHPD) * Up to $5000 sign on bonus *

📋 Description

• Supervise and train mental health specialists
• Coordinate and supervise one to two residential programs for individuals with challenging
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the program
• Ensure all direct service shifts are filled by qualified and trained staff
• Maintain flexible schedule and be on-call as needed
• Work direct service shifts when necessary (normally not exceeding 16 hours per week)

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience supervising programs for people with behavioral and serious persistent mental
• Four-year degree in behavioral science or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing
