Mental Health Program Manager (MHPD) * Up to $5000 sign on bonus *

📋 Description

• Coordinate and supervise one to two residential programs that specialize in supporting individuals
• Supervise and train mental health specialists.
• Ensure all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the
• Ensure all direct service shifts in programs are filled by staff who have met conditions of
• Work direct service shifts when necessary, not normally exceeding 16 hours per week.
• Be on-call at all times unless prior arrangements have been made.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience supervising programs that oversee services for people with behavioral and
• A four-year degree in behavioral science or related field, preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation.
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing.
