📋 Description

• Coordinate and supervise one to two residential programs specializing in supporting individuals
• Supervise and train mental health specialists
• Develop, implement, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the program to the highest degree
• Ensure all direct service shifts are filled by staff who have met Dungarvin conditions of
• Work direct service shifts when necessary, not exceeding 16 hours per week (with supervisory
• Be on call unless prior arrangements have been made

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience supervising programs overseeing services for people with behavioral and
• A four-year degree in behavioral science or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing
• Experience with behavioral health and mental health needs
