Mental Health Specialist

📋 Description

• Conduct clinical intake calls and assess member needs, goals, and program fit
• Oversee AI-supported interactions with Phoenix to ensure quality and safety
• Deliver member support via synchronous and asynchronous chat
• Conduct short and long video-calls with members
• Monitor progress using measurement-based care (PHQ-9, GAD-7)
• Identify and respond to risk signals with escalation and referrals

🎯 Requirements

• PhD/PsyD in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
• PSYPACT eligibility, or a current license to practice in California
• Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology independently
• Strong background in CBT, ACT, DBT
• Readiness to practice in an AI-native care model
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
