📋 Description

• Provide direct support for individuals with behavioral and mental-health needs.
• Follow behavior and treatment plans, crisis-prevention and de-escalation.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment; assist daily living tasks.
• Document services and observations using electronic systems.
• Monitor behavior changes and escalate during crises with supervisors.
• Support families with appointments and medication tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years minimum experience with chronic/severe mental illness or degree in mental-health field
• Must be at least 18; some programs require 21
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation systems
