📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with intensive behavioral and mental-health needs using
• Support plans, crisis-prevention strategies, de-escalation, and manual restraint procedures as
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment; assist with daily living skills, transportation, and
• Document services and observations using electronic systems (T-logs, Therap, health tracking).
• Monitor behavioral changes and communicate with supervisors during crisis or safety situations.
• Collaborate with family, case managers, and team members; participate in training and new staff

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years minimum experience with individuals with chronic/severe mental illness OR a degree in a
• Age 18+ (some programs require 21+)
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation systems
