  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years minimum of experience working with individuals with chronic and severe mental illness OR a
  • Must be at least 18 years of age; some programs require employees to be 21 or older
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation systems
