📋 Description

• Promote and deliver trauma-informed interventions for student mental health and stability.
• Assist students with daily activities; support de-escalation and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with ESS/classroom team to lead student activities.
• Support classroom management protocols and daily schedules.
• Document student observations per procedures and standards.
• Develop strong relationships with school leadership and staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in mental health, preferably with youth ages 5–18.
• Experience with crisis management for children/adolescents; continuum of care.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with students, families, and community health services.
