📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based mental health care
• Serve children, adults, couples, and/or families
• In-person care preferred in Des Moines area
• Manage risk and respond to crises as needed
• Contract as a 1099 provider in the US
• Collaborate within Lyra Clinical Associates network

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, PhD)
• Unrestricted licensed (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PsyD/PhD or equivalent)
• Experience with ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT and measurement-based care
• Care for children, adults, couples, and/or families; in-person preferred
• Must have office space to see clients in Des Moines area
• Experience managing risk and crises
• Full-time resident of the United States
