📋 Description

• Provide OCD care via NOCD video platform (diagnoses, assessments, ERP/CBT)
• Manage caseload and schedule
• Build practitioner resilience
• Develop a mission-driven, member-focused professional identity
• Maintain complete and timely documentation in the NOCD EHR
• Engage in clinical consultation, training, and reviews to advance OCD treatment

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Professional with a full unrestricted license in your state
• Masters degree or higher in behavioral/mental health field
• At least 6 months post-master supervised experience with ERP/CBT/ACT
• Knowledge/experience treating OCD with ERP/ACT (preferred but not required)
• Proficient in G-Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
• Remote work location with stable internet (≥50 Mbps)
