Mental Health Therapist (Full-time, Remote)

📋 Description

• Provide OCD psychotherapy via NOCD video platform
• Manage caseload and schedule
• Build practitioner resilience
• Develop mission-driven, member-focused professional identity
• Maintain clinical documentation with NOCD EHR
• Participate in clinical consultation and training; advance OCD treatment knowledge
• Collaborate with providers to support treatment decisions
• Perform other administrative duties

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Professional with full, unrestricted license in your state
• Masters degree or higher in behavioral/mental health (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology)
• At least 6 months post-masters supervised experience with ERP/CBT/ACT
• Knowledge/experience treating OCD with ERP and/or ACT preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills, quick learner, excellent communicator, time management
• Self-starter who works autonomously
• Proficiency in G Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
• Private remote work location with stable internet (≥50 Mbps)
• Able to thrive in a goal-driven startup environment
