Mental Health Therapist (Full-time, Remote)

📋 Description

• Provide OCD care via diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based therapy on NOCD video.
• Manage caseload and schedule.
• Build practitioner resilience.

• Maintain complete, timely clinical documentation using NOCD EHR.
• Collaborate with NOCD providers to reinforce treatment decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Professional with a full, unrestricted license in good standing.
• Master's degree or higher in behavioral/mental health.
• At least 6 months post-master's supervised experience with ERP, CBT, ACT.
• Knowledge/experience with OCD treatment using ERP and/or ACT preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in G Suite, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
• Confidential remote workspace with stable internet (≥50 Mbps).
