Menu Design & Development Specialist - Afternoon shift

📋 Description

• Lead client consultations to gather requirements and provide POS guidance.
• Design and implement complex menu configurations and backend updates.
• Ensure data integrity and consistent naming across integrated platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex software and configuration issues, escalating as needed.
• Maintain accuracy across all software integrations and updates.
• Demonstrate mastery of Menu Team processes and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer success or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for POS configurations.
• Calm under pressure with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; multilingual a plus.
• Experience mentoring junior specialists or onboarding new team members.
