📋 Description

• Analyse the contractual requirements of the client and translate them into a concrete action plan
• Coordinate all MEP-related activities (HVAC, electrical installations, fire detection and
• Act as the point of contact between the site, engineering, subcontractors and the client for all
• Support the purchasing process of technical materials and installations and follow up on technical
• Monitor planning, quality, budget and progress of MEP works.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electro-Mechanics
• At least 7 years of relevant experience as MEP coordinator
• Experience in a coordinating role and managing projects from A to Z
• Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French and English is a plus
• Willing to work in the region of Antwerp
