📋 Description

• Analyze the client's contractual requirements and translate them into a concrete action plan for
• Coordinate all MEP-related activities (HVAC, electrical installations, fire detection and
• Act as the point of contact between the site, engineering, subcontractors, and the client for all
• Support the procurement process of technical materials and installations and follow up on technical
• Monitor planning, quality, budget, and progress of MEP works
• Through regular presence on site, detect challenges early and proactively steer to ensure smooth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electro-Mechanics
• At least 7 years of relevant experience as MEP coordinator
• Experience in a coordinating role and managing projects from A to Z
• Fluent in Dutch. Knowledge of French and English is a plus
• Working in the Antwerp region is no problem for you
