Lead MEP engineering teams through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Develop and issue drawings, design docs, and reports for aerospace/industrial projects.
Write, negotiate, and manage contracts with subcontractors through close-out.
Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real-time.
Coordinate with utilities to ensure reliable power for critical site infrastructure.
Interact with engineers, contractors, fabricators, and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
3+ years designing or building MEP building systems.
Electrical power distribution experience (<600 Vac).
HVAC design/operation: refrigeration, chillers, boilers.
Plumbing design: domestic water, wastewater, venting, storm.
AutoCAD and Revit – beginner to intermediate; NEC/ASHRAE/NFPA/IBC familiarity; travel up to 25%.
