MEP Engineer – Building & Infrastructure (B&I)

📋 Description

• Plan site mobilization and organize the SGS supervision team
• Define discipline responsibilities, inspection coverage, reporting lines and priorities with the PM
• Review contractor programmes, look-ahead plans, resources and construction sequencing
• Monitor actual progress and recommend recovery actions for delays
• Coordinate CSA, MEP and specialist interfaces, access and work fronts
• Track design queries and ensure unresolved clashes are escalated before affected work proceeds

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP construction supervision, QA/QC, site engineering, testing
• Practical knowledge of MEP systems including electrical, ELV, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire
• Good understanding of MEP drawings, specifications, shop drawings, coordination drawings, method
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors in a
• Good report writing and communication skills in Vietnamese; English communication is an advantage
