🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience in food & beverage manufacturing environments and capital projects.
• Experience leading technical teams and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency in engineering design, project delivery, and quality management.
• Willing to relocate to the greater Cincinnati, OH area and travel ~25%.
