Merchandise Coordinator – Consumer Products

📋 Description

• Act as the liaison with Logistics and Warehouse teams to coordinate shipments.
• Ensure goods are shipped, received, and delivered per PO requirements and timelines.
• Create and process internal shipping requests to move merchandise and promotional materials.
• Partner with Logistics to monitor shipments, track information, and address delays or issues.
• Prepare Goods Receipt records for incoming shipments to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Create stock transfer requests for all shows and locations to ensure timely merchandise movement.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree in SCM, Business, Merchandising, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of logistics experience in traditional and/or non-traditional outlets.
• Fast-paced environment; able to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to travel as required, sometimes internationally.
