🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related field.
• 3+ years in merchandise planning, inventory planning, demand planning, or retail analytics.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo.
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.
