Merchandise Planner

📋 Description

• Owns forecasting, planning and inventory for the European Brand Portfolio.
• Aligns trading functions; budgets with Ecommerce and Finance; maintains WSSI vs JBP.
• Uses data, models and algorithmic tools to forecast stock and sales; identifies trends.
• Uses trading levers (swap/return, EOL, promos) to hit inventory, revenue and margins.
• Presents to external clients; leads Buy Strategy and Sell In/Out forecasts.
• Oversees category intake, managing OTB and ordering; ensures 95%+ availability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Track record in multi-category merchandising or planning.
• Experience in Demand and Supply Chain Planning.
• In-depth understanding of merchandising and trading approach.
• Previous experience with ecommerce channel (D2C).
• Comfortable adopting AI tools to support forecasting and reporting workflows.
