Merchandising Associate (Bastrop)

📋 Description

• Execute daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and
• Manage inventory at the store level, including receiving shipments, stocking product, conducting
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with product selection
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by restocking displays, rotating product, and executing
• Support merchandise needs for company events, launches, activations, and special programs as
• Follow established processes and best practices to ensure consistent, efficient, and scalable store

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of experience in retail, merchandise, inventory, or customer-facing operations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and launch/event days
• Must be able to work overtime
• Ability to carry large, heavy items unassisted (up to 25lbs)
• Must be able to stand for periods of 8-12 hours a day
