• Scale Accessories assortment (Eyewear, Socks, Soft, Tech, Pet) for growth
• Identify expansion opportunities across Accessories for long-term growth
• Collaborate with production, sourcing and design to improve Accessories
• Partner with planning, merchandising and marketing to grow the business
• Obsessed with quality, price, and customer experience
• Drive sales, ratings, returns, and margins improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Based in San Francisco, 3 days/week in office
• 5-10 years in retail merchandising for Accessories; luxury preferred
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred
• Proven track record of growth within organizations
• Product-obsessed with data tools and external sources
• Sharp eye for customer needs (science + art of retail)
