📋 Description

• Scale and manage Women’s Intimates & Swim assortment
• Identify expansion opportunities for long-term growth
• Collaborate with production, sourcing, and design on products
• Partner with planning, merchandising, and marketing to grow the business
• Focus on quality, price, and customer experience
• Drive sales targets, customer ratings, returns, and margins

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of retail merchandising in Women’s Intimates (luxury preferred)
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred
• Proven track record of growth in roles and responsibilities
• Product-obsessed with data-driven decision making
• Experience using data tools and external sources
• Based in San Francisco, CA with 3 days/week in office; Bachelor's Degree preferred
