Merchandising Manager, Travel

📋 Description

• Scale this business by adding to, refining and improving the Luggage/Travel assortment
• Identify expansion opportunities across Luggage/Travel to drive long-term growth
• Collaborate with production, sourcing and design to develop Luggage/Travel products
• Partner with planning, site merchandising and marketing to grow these businesses
• Focus on quality and price to deliver value to customers
• Drive results to hit sales targets, ratings, returns and margins

🎯 Requirements

• Role based in San Francisco, with 3 days per week in office
• 5-10 years of retail merchandising experience in Luggage/Travel (luxury preferred)
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience preferred
• Proven track record of progression and growth in roles
• Product obsessed with leveraging data tools and external sources
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
