Merchandising Sample Coordinator

📋 Description

• Organize sample products kept in the warehouse including sample receiving and inventory
• Pull, ship, and inventory products for Merchandising, Wholesale Customers, and Photo Shoot needs
• Coordinate pulling samples for photo shoots and shipments to suppliers and wholesale customers
• Develop and maintain sample tracker and communicate with factories on sample needs and deadlines
• Ensure all items are properly tagged and with the proper prototype to production version; discard
• Create DHL and FedEx labels for shipments

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience; visual merchandising and planogramming experience a plus
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills
• Time management and multi-tasking skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance (required for driving on company time)
