📋 Description

• Onboard venues onto the Wolt platform quickly and efficiently.
• Build relationships with venue partners; train them on systems and updates.
• Ensure venues meet service standards via quality checks.
• Develop venue partners using collected user data.
• Maintain menu content to reflect the Wolt brand (text/ visuals).
• Support onboarding team with urgent cases and share best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills; work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in customer support, administration or office management is a plus.
• Structured, detail-oriented and service-minded.
• Self-starter with problem-solving, bias for action.
• Strong Serbian and English written/oral communication.
