📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of merchants, ensuring their needs are met
• Manage merchant accounts with a focus on GMV, table management solutions, monetisation, and
• Develop and execute scalable business strategies to drive growth for merchants across Grab's
• Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to share insights, address concerns, and align on
• Coordinate campaigns and initiatives that drive merchant engagement and growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customised reporting, marketing support, merchant

🎯 Requirements

• You have 3 or more years of experience in account management, business development, or a related
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting partnerships
• Ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored solutions for merchants
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving growth targets and operational excellence
• Familiarity with F&B businesses and/or e-commerce platforms is a plus
