Merchant KYB Services Associate - part-time

📋 Description

• Contact merchants via email, phone, or approved channels
• Explain that KYB needs to be completed as part of compliance
• Clearly guide merchants on which documents to upload
• Help merchants understand how and where to submit required information
• Follow up with merchants who have not yet completed the process
• Use internal tools to track progress and keep merchant data updated

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Strong communication skills and confidence in contacting merchants
• Ability to explain processes clearly and patiently
• Good attention to detail
• Organized and able to manage multiple follow ups at the same time
• Professional approach handling sensitive merchant information
