Merchant KYB Support Associate

📋 Description

• Fixed-term, 3-month part-time contract (20 hours/week)
• Contact merchants by email/phone; explain KYB requirements
• Guide merchants on required documents and submission process
• Follow up with merchants who haven't completed the KYB
• Check uploaded documents meet internal requirements
• Flag issues to relevant teams and update progress in tools

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Polish
• Strong communication skills for merchant contact
• Ability to explain processes clearly and patiently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable with documents and structured information
• Follow clear guidelines and manage multiple follow-ups
