📋 Description

• Onboard venues onto the Wolt platform quickly and smoothly
• Build relationships with venue partners; train them on our systems
• Ensure venues meet service standards; run regular quality checks
• Develop partner businesses using insights from user data
• Keep menu texts and visuals up to date with the Wolt brand
• Support onboarding team and share best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in support, admin, or office management
• Structured, detailed and service-minded
• Self-starter with passion for food
• Strong problem-solving with action and impact
• Excellent written and oral Polish; good English
