Merchant Onboarding Associate

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding for new venues with timely setup.
• Review and validate partner information against contracts.
• Create/review partner menus; coordinate translations if needed.
• Coordinate photography and ensure 100% image coverage.
• Set up and distribute Wolt gear; train partners on usage.
• Conduct online and offline training for the Merchant app and gear.
• Build relationships with partners during 30 days post-launch.
• Support API or SFTP integrations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; adaptable.
• Logical problem-solving with a proactive approach.
• Multitasking, time management and prioritization.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in Russian; good Kazakh and intermediate English.
