Merchant Onboarding Specialist - Launcher

📋 Description

• Interface directly with merchant restaurants and work tirelessly to improve their experience
• You will be the main POC delivery, assembly and installation of our hardware products
• Create and execute plans for merchant onboarding strategy, building a seamless onboarding
• Create, execute and update support material in collaboration with Wolt Support
• Perform a significant amount of hands-on and in-store work, training merchant staff on effectively
• Specifically you will be responsible for installing Wolt POS services, including e.g. wiring them

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• You speak both German and English fluently
• 3+ years of work experience in operations or project management, working with POS / network devices
• Able to complete tasks accurately, effectively and on time with superb attention to detail
• Excellent external and internal customer support skills
• Experience working successfully cross functionally with other departments
