📋 Description

• Lead, train, and develop the onboarding team.
• Define goals and monitor performance for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding handovers.
• Oversee onboarding workflows; ensure data quality and resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and best practices.
• Foster a high-performance team culture through coaching and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in onboarding or customer operations in a high-volume environment.
• 1+ year leading ICs as shift/team lead with 1:1s, coaching and feedback.
• Proven SLAs/KPIs for new-partner launches; capacity planning and scheduling.
• CRM/workflow tools and spreadsheets/BI (Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, Looker/Power BI).
• Fluent in local language; English required.
