📋 Description

Lead the Merchant Operations for Thailand, overseeing coaching and performance.
Monitor team performance and drive improvements with stakeholders.
Coordinate with local and global stakeholders for smooth onboarding.
Drive operational excellence by improving processes and SLAs.
Lead tool, workflow, and automation implementations (AI and dashboards).
Track and report key operational metrics, providing insights.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance/Accounting, Communications, or CS/IT.
3-5 years in a customer-facing role, Merchant Onboarding or similar; fresh grads welcome.
Fluent in English and Thai.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite apps.
Fintech/banking operations experience or client accounts a plus.
Strong analytical skills with proactive mindset; adaptable and communicative.
