📋 Description

• Build strong partner relationships by training on our systems and keeping them updated
• Ensure partners meet service standards via quality and satisfaction checks
• Support partner growth by analyzing and sharing data insights
• Manage and update partner menus and visuals to align with the Wolt brand
• Own KPIs and project management within the team
• Assist the Development team with urgent cases as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Have charm, empathy and honesty to build strong relationships
• Are used to high-performance, high-expectation cultures
• Have a proven track record of customer relationships and client-facing experience
• Take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting things done
• Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication in English and Estonian
• Have around 1 year of customer support or partner operations experience
