📋 Description

• Build relationships with partners; train them on our systems and updates.
• Ensure partners meet Wolt service standards by conducting quality and satisfaction checks.
• Leverage user data to help develop our partners and their businesses.
• Maintain accuracy and brand consistency of the menu platform (text and visuals).
• Resolve partners' operational tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor tasks and cases from partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work with partners and teams.
• Basic data analysis skills; comfortable with spreadsheets.
• Proactive in identifying process improvements and taking initiative.
• Experience in customer support or merchant operations is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving.
• Fluency in Kazakh and Russian; ability to work in English.
