📋 Description

• Drive the full M&A process on selected strategic targets, from identification to execution
• Source potential opportunities in line with our strategic plan
• Gather, analyse, and present information on potential acquisition targets
• Build the case together with the business sponsor: company profile, IM analysis, strategic fit, key
• Prepare financial models, target valuations and appropriate sensitivity and scenario analyses to
• Manage the full transaction cycle: management meetings, project structuring, LOI, due diligence

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Business, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, etc.)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate M&A, investment banking or transaction services in an
• Solid financial modelling and valuation skills, and the ability to turn analysis into a clear story
• A hands-on AI user: you already work with generative AI tools daily, you are curious about how they
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French
