Messaging Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Configure global messaging channel capability, including SMS code procurement.
• Collaborate with messaging aggregators to ensure timely code delivery and inventory management.
• Hold regular meetings with aggregators for updates on deliverability and marketing changes.
• Guide customers and internal teams through SMS setup per market requirements.
• Be main SMS provisioning contact for Braze resellers and onboarding partners.
• Maintain docs: best practices, compliance, and playbooks for scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in operations or customer support with a technical SaaS product.
• Familiarity with SMS and email channels a plus.
• Excellent communication; ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a completer-finisher mindset.
• Analytical with Excel expertise; SQL skills a plus.
• Knowledge of Braze ecosystem; Looker or Salesforce experience.
