📋 Description

• The Meta PPC Specialist owns strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across
• Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta advertising campaigns, including targeting
• Analyze key performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, CAC, frequency, attribution, conversions) to identify
• Design and execute structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, messaging, and
• Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts, hooks, formats, copy angles, and performance-driven
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to increase qualified lead volume across service-based and ecommerce

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
• Proven success managing lead generation campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Meta Pixel, and campaign workflows.
• Advanced understanding of audience segmentation (Lookalike, Custom Audiences, interest/behavior
• Experience with Advantage+ campaigns and Meta’s AI-powered optimization features.
